Convenience

Office hours. We strive to maintain an appointment schedule that offers convenient hours for our patients between 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. We are closed daily from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. We ask that if you are unable to keep your appointment to please let us know as soon as possible.

Emergencies. In case of emergencies, please call our office and the doctor will be paged.

Prescriptions. For prescription refills, please have your pharmacist call the office during regular office hours.

Locations. Three locations for appointments are available in Sun City, Sun City West, and Glendale. We have developed a strong track record serving patients in the Northwest Valley.

Cost and Insurance

We participate in plans with most major insurance carriers. Our office staff will gladly assist you in any paperwork needed to file an insurance claim. Please be sure to bring your insurance information with you to the appointment. We suggest that you discuss any questions regarding authorization policies and coverage with your insurance carrier.

Confidentiality

We understand that when you become our patient, you are looking for compassionate and skilled urological treatment. Your trust in our abilities and your comfort in obtaining the appropriate care is of the utmost concern to us. We respect the personal and sensitive nature of many of our procedures and want you to know that your privacy will be respected by our entire office staff. Your medical records remain strictly confidential, unless requested by you to be released to another physician or your insurance carrier.
